Ingrid is an experienced and practically minded HR practitioner who has gained her experience working primarily in complex civil engineering and environmental consultancies but also in retail and more recently the leisure and hospitality industry.

Ingrid has the breadth of experience to work either strategically or operationally having gained her knowledge and skills in a wide range of HR issues such as Resource & Talent Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.

She has experience across the employee life cycle from compiling the recruitment strategy, hiring and placement to ensuring the relevant HR transactional processes are in place.  She is also skilled in the compilation of contracts of employment, job descriptions and employee handbooks along with the provision of advice, support and guidance in matters of discipline, grievance, performance and appeal processes.

Her skills include developing, implementing and delivering a wide range of training programmes including work winning, presentation and communication, particularly where there is a need to handle difficult conversations in a non-confrontational manner.

Ingrid’s focus is around acting as trusted advisor to her clients and delivering a pragmatic, cost effective HR solution.
